At Forest Suites Resort, our spacious non-smoking, condo-style suites are among the largest accommodations available in South Lake Tahoe. In addition to our suites, we offer traditional hotel rooms appointed with all the conveniences of a resort hotel. Our one and two bedroom suites range from 650 to 850 square feet and feature a spacious living/dining area and a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay away from home at Forest Suites Resort. We also offer high speed internet access.

Nestled on 19 acres of wooded lands, Lakeland Village is a luxurious condominium property featuring boutique hotel amenities and a tranquil environment on South Lake Tahoe. Accommodations from Studios and Suites in our Lodge building to 1,2, 3,4 & 5-Bedroom Townhomes on our grounds. All our spacious accommodations feature a full kitchen, fireplace and private balcony or deck. Our all-season retreat features a private sandy beach with a pier and boat moorings, outdoor heated pools, a kid's wading pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness facility, tennis courts, a summer beachside bistro, winter deluxe continental breakfast, a ski shop and complimentary shuttle service for the 1 mile ride to Heavenly Mountain Resort, lake tahoe casinos, restaurants, gondolas, ski/snowboard resorts, attractions and shopping - all minutes away. With connecting transportation from Reno-Tahoe International Airport and our in-town shuttles, your vacation is care free.

These uniquely designed townhome-style condominiums are located just 1/4 mile from the Heavenly base area, and are a perfect ski getwaway spot for couples and families of four or less. Each unit has a full kitchen and 2 baths, as well as cable TV, gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings in the living room. Most units also have a washer/dryer, and some offer wireless internet service. Bedding varies from unit to unit. Most have a queen in each bedroom, but some have twins in the 2nd bedroom.

There is a one time cleaning fee of $110 that will be collected at the front desk upon check in.

Located just 1/4 mile from the Heavenly base area, these moderately priced 2 Bedroom condominiums are in a wooded setting and offer a great value. Close to both skiing and all of the entertainment options that South Lake Tahoe has to offer, Sitzmark units feature full kitchens and have 1.5 baths. Each unit has a woodburning stove, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. There is a shared hot tub on site. Bedding varies from unit to unit, but all units will sleep up to six persons.

As the name implies, these are Tyrolean inspired two, three and four bedroom chalets that offer a wide variety of amenities and are great for groups of friends or larger familes. Sleeping anywhere from 6 to 14 persons, the Tahoe Tyrol Chalets are located on either Timber Lane or Pine Hill Drive, which are only 1/4 to 1/2 mile from the California base at Heavenly.

Individual amenities found in some units include pool tables, ping pong, flat screen TV, or bumper pool, while most have wood or gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and wireless internet. There is also a community hot tub and sauna available for guest use. We reccommend speaking directly with your sales representative to see which specfic unit may be available for your dates.

Located on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe within walking distance of theHeavenly Gondola, the Montbleu Resort Casino & Spa features 440 luxuriousrooms and suites, many with spectacular views of Lake Tahoe and the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains. All rooms come equipped with the luxurious "Bleu Cloud Bed", wireless Internet access, and a complete set of premier toiletries by Aveda. After a fun day on the slopes, Montbleu offers a selection of distinct restaurants offering everything from a light snack to fine dining. Other venues include several night clubs, a 40,000 square-foot casino, a theatre, retail shops, and a luxurious full-service spa and fitness center. Other amenities include men's and women's locker rooms, saunas, whirlpool baths, eucalyptus steam rooms, and an indoor heated pool, artfully designed to resemble a lagoon-style retreat. Its gentle waterfall and rock islands promote reflection, relaxation and delight.

The Meadows offers cozy accommodations from hotel style to two bedroom units, just a short walk to the lifts and village Center. Located right on the meadow guests enjoy easy access to cross country skiing and snowshoe trails during the winter and wildflowers in the summer. The building's large common area offers a lounge, whirlpool spa and laundry facilities. All condos, with the exception of the hotel style rooms feature wood fireplaces, private balcony, some with meadow views, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette and 1 covered parking space. Common area is available for group use by contract agreement with Association.

The Mountain Club offers Kirkwood's most popular slopeside accommodations. Located at the heart of the Mountain Village, the Mountain Club sits right at the base of the slopes and main lifts - the best of our ski in / ski out locations. With its wide range of sizes and bedding arrangements from hotel-style rooms to 2 bedroom + loft condominium this property offers rooms to fit every need. Amenities include gas fireplace, laundry, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, fitness facility, and seasonal pool.
