Located in the heart of the White Mountains at the end of the road in Waterville Valley Resort lies The Black Bear Lodge. Situated amongst 770,000 acres of some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere, you'll find one of the Northeast's biggest outdoor playgrounds. The Black Bear Lodge is an all-suite hotel with 107 individually owned units which comfortably sleep six people. The Black Bear Lodge has all of the amenities you'll find in a condominium style hotel. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and bedroom. Various units feature a queen bed and twin bed with trundle. In some units a pull-down Murphy bed in the living room provides another sleeping area.
The Black Bear Lodge has an indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor whirlpool spa, exercise room, sauna and steam room, game room, pool table, two conference rooms and a large living room area with field stone fireplace. If that isn't enough, you also can get an activities pass to the White Mountain Athletic Club, which gives you access to the indoor and outdoor pools, cardiovascular room, indoor track, and weight room. For a nominal fee, the health club also offers indoor tennis, racquetball and massage therapy by appointment.

Guests can take advantage of the lovely views of the Pemigewasset River, which runs immediately behind the hotel. All units excluding standard hotel rooms also feature a private balcony.

The Nordic Inn offers affordable condo lodging only a few minutes from the slopes at Loon Mountain, and only 20 minutes from Waterville Valley. Guests can choose between fully-equipped 1 to 3 Bedroom condominiums. Each unit has a full bath for each bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, and a living room with color cable TV/VCR and a gas fireplace. Three bedroom condos are multi-level units that feature an open floor plan for the third bedroom and also have a breakfast bar. All units have deck or balcony and offer mountain views. High speed internet service is also available. Amenities include full-service front desk, family game area, and NEWLY renovated indoor pool, racquet ball court, cardio room, weight room and 3 saunas. As well as indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Guests also have access to an off-site indoor heate pool. The Nordic Inn is also located on the FREE shuttle route to the ski area.
